Just as before, accessing the secret room where the Round Table is housed requires using the Knight's keycard to open the glass case beside the mural of the War in Heaven, located across from the ballroom entrance. Using the fire extinguisher as a lever to activate the "door" mechanism reveals the long torch-lit hall plastered in artwork depicting the Knight's history. The tenants of the Knighthood hang large and foreboding over the doors at the end of the hall, which stand open to reveal the brightly lit Round Table, and the majestic crystalline dragon statue presiding over it.

Come in, find a seat, meet your teammates if you haven't already.

[ alice has only been here twice, and she is currently having a bit of trouble trying to get the gd door open. which is hilarious because she's an escape artist. this is what happens when you forget your keycard in your other jeans tbh. ]

[ davin comes up behind her as quietly as a vampire do, and leans against the wall across the hall for a bit watching her with folded arms, before he decides to speak up. ] Lose something?

[ Matt is... late. Oops. But when he gets there he finds them all outside. ]

You're going to want to get that replaced soon. [ he yanks his out and swipes it, opening the case door to pull on the extinguisher, allowing the mural to swing aside and lead to the art-filled hall. ]

Hadn't occurred to me. [ it has, but she follows him in, not really waiting for matt because it would impede her petulantly slumping into one of the seats. ]

[ wynn is already waiting in the room when they make it there. he gestures for them to sit down. ] Welcome. Please have a seat.

[ Matt heads in quickly, and sits himself down, all legs wide like his balls need the space for some reason. ]

[ alice looks up at wynn at matt's question, but the dragon catches her attention by accident. ]

[ wynn glances up at the statue with a small smile, but continues ] The police have been receiving reports of strange transmissions coming over citizen's radios inexplicably in New York City, in languages that they claim sound like Shadow tongues. Some have claimed Draconic, others Celestial, or Elven. No one has been able to trace the source of the signal, or catch a recording of the samples as of yet.

[ glancing between matt and davin, alice makes a dubious face. ] I took beginner Shadow languages in high school, but it wasn't what you'd call my forte. We're not supposed to go out and translate it, are we?

We have translation software available in the Drakenet phones. If you can catch a recording, you should be able to get at least a passable translation instantly.

Ok well that's easy. We can do that then just phone it in, right? What else you need?

That will depend on what the message says, and whether it seems to actually be something worth investigating further or not. I won't lie to you: the odds of your encountering one of these messages may be quite slim, but I'm hoping that this proves to be more than a wild goose chase.
