1). PART ONE is: Natasha Romanoff + any ladies in particular of the castle who are at least over 18. (Please read this for more details, including how to sign up.)

2). PART TWO is: Steve Rogers + his dates!

WHAT || If you specified that you wanted to play out the initial interaction with Natasha, this is what is happening in the first part of this log. The second part of the log is the actual dates!

There will be a thread starter (edit: here now! ) for the initial interaction with Natasha (I'd rather multi-thread this than have it single thread, for the sake of my sanity). Jesse, however, is the guy to talk to about starters for the dates with Steve.

WHERE || In and around the castle, with Natasha. For Steve, anywhere the date is happening.
WHEN || Natasha and Steve talked again at the April after party, so we can say this is ... May/June? I can adjust if needed, however.
HOW || Prose or action.

[karaoke would not have been his first choice, but lila was the one who arranged this so ... maybe he'll just blame her later. but he edges up to steve when he sees him like] Hello there.

[recruited]

[ Steve's never done karaoke in his life. It wasn't something people did in the forties in Brooklyn. They were open there, but it was still wartime. Steve will admit that the last thing he expected to have happen on his date was for a guy to show up. He's been surprised with a three person date so this isn't too weird. ]

I'm gonna have to start making Natasha get the full story huh? [ He extends his hand to Alex with a smile. ] Hi. I'm Steve.

[ambitionist]

Well ... I was kind of sneaky. But I really wanted a chance for some one-on-one time with you. [he reaches out to shake hands.] Alex.

[recruited]

[ He laughs softly when Alex tells him he was sneaky about arranging this. He doesn't mind it though. It's nice to just be out and about with people. Once the handshake ends Steve crosses his arms over his chest and lets out a breath. ]

Nice to meet you, Alex. So, why exactly were you itching for alone time with me? [ He smiles. ] You probably coulda just asked me straight up.

I dunno if you've noticed ... but you're a pretty attractive guy.

[recruited]

[ He's not stupid, but he doesn't really take into account that people might actually notice that these days. Just because they weren't always lining up around the block. ]

So, you're saying you wanted to meet me because I'm attractive? [ He's just checking. ]

[ambitionist]

I mean ... mostly, yeah. And you seem like a pretty cool guy.

[recruited]

[ That's sort of a first. He can sorta get it though. He scratches the back of his head and sorta just nods. He's willing to deal with this. ]

Okay. Well, we'll make it work then. You wanna sit down, Alex?

[ambitionist]

Sure. [he takes a seat and is thankful that steve didn't ... prompt him to sing or anything, lmao.] So, I don't do actual dates very much ... I guess this is the part where we talk about ourselves?

[recruited]

[ Starting right out of the gate with singing might be a bit much. He figures he can lead up to it or just watch people filter up there. ]

Yeah. I don't either. This is my first string of them in--ever. I'm probably not the guy to give advice about these things. Or what you're supposed to do. But talking about ourselves seems like a good place to start. How long you been with the Knights?

[ambitionist]

A year and some change. I'd ask you the same question, but ... well, that seems silly. How are you liking things so far?

[recruited]

Yeah. Definitely not as long as you.

[ Steve's quiet for a moment as he thinks. ]

It's interesting. Not much different than what I'm used to back home. Different commanding officer. New people, but the job is still the same. Protect people who can't protect themselves.

[ambitionist]

[he smiles, like steve's willingness to protect people is ... amusing to him??] Well, aren't you a gentleman.
