2). PART TWO is: Steve Rogers + his dates!

WHAT || If you specified that you wanted to play out the initial interaction with Natasha, this is what is happening in the first part of this log. The second part of the log is the actual dates!

There will be a thread starter (edit: here now! ) for the initial interaction with Natasha (I'd rather multi-thread this than have it single thread, for the sake of my sanity). Jesse, however, is the guy to talk to about starters for the dates with Steve.

WHERE || In and around the castle, with Natasha. For Steve, anywhere the date is happening.
WHEN || Natasha and Steve talked again at the April after party, so we can say this is ... May/June? I can adjust if needed, however.
HOW || Prose or action.

[Ashley has not been on many dates. Or any dates. Nope.

She has no idea what she's doing, so she has her hands stuffed awkwardly into the back pockets of her leather pants, looking around as they walk inside.]

[ Steve would have said the same thing if it were a few days ago. He's been on a few of them though. Some stranger than others. This is different though. As far as Dean can tell this is a one person date which makes him breathe a little easier.

It's easy for him to spot Ashley and approach. ] I really hope you're Ashley and Ashley isn't the old man in the corner over there.

Uh, yep. Ashley. That's me.

[So much for that good attempt at not being awkward. She tried.]

You must be Steve.

[ It could be worse. Steve's had worse dates. Mostly ones that resulted in him spilling something on the girl back in the day. Then again it helped that they weren't interested in Steve. Just his friends. ]

Actually no. Steve's that old man in the corner. [ He smiles at her. A joke. Though now that he says it out loud it sounds stupid. ] Yeah I'm Steve.

Well, it's nice to meet you, Steve.

[Goodness, he's cute.]

So, where do you want to go first?

You too, Ashley.

[ Ashley should really buckle up and get ready for Steve's old man jokes tonight. He's really gotten good at making them. ]

I haven't really thought that far. Let's just pick a direction and see where it takes us?

Uh, yeah, sure. Let's do that.

[And then she sticks her hands in her back pockets and starts to walk, teeth worrying at her lip as she looks down at the ground for a second, like at any moment she's going to trip over a crack in the sidewalk or something.]

[ Steve falls into line alongside of her and smiles. He glances at her every couple of minutes before he notices a trend happening. She's just about as nervous as him. ]

I'm guessing by the way you're about to bite through your lip that you're nervous too huh?

That obvious, huh?

[At least she chuckles.]

I don't really...do this.

I get it. [ He nods. ] I'm not the dating type. Well, only because I didn't used to be. I don't really know how they're supposed to go ya know? [ He smiles. ] Like--what do you say and how do you act. It's all kind of a mystery.
