Unlike the grandiose nature of the squiring ceremony each Knight undergoes upon their initial entrance into the Knighthood, the graduation to Full Knight status takes place in a much more intimate affair, between the Knight, their mentor, invited friends, and the members of the sect to which they will be inducted. There's no pompous music, no stolid rank and file, no elaborate march.

Emma's invitees are given seats of honor at the front of the ranks of the Dragon's Fire members and Gold, Wynn, and Hasmed wait up at the front of the room for Emma to approach them, but the attitude of the ceremony is much more relaxed, full of smiles and light conversation on all sides from the other sect members.

Wynn finally gets things rolling, by saying in his loud listen-to-me voice: "Approach and kneel, Sir Emma Swan."

Unfortunately, there's nothing to be gained from sheer spite. [And she already accepted the Dragon's Fire into her heart. He got what he wanted, so rubbing it in her face is unnecessary... right now.] And I'd hate to spoil the mood. It's a very special day for Ms. Swan.

[ ukw milah isn't there so it's not like lila gives a fuck if he stays around so she just waves a hand dismissively. ] Super special.

Indeed. [He smirks. There's a small bit of pride in his expression as he glances across the room at Emma.] She made the right choice, I think.

You think this sect will actually make her use magic in combat? [ as opposed to all the shooting and swording she did in scotland. lila's sure the little noise trick was useful, but not as impressive as gold turning the room into a goblin fryolator. that shit was awesome. ]

I imagine it will go a long way in making her consider the option.

Well, the flamethrower may not have a limit on its use, but it's certainly much harder to conceal.
