[Felicity returns from New Orleans with nothing so exciting as a wedding or a returned love, but she does come with a backpack full of booze for her to ration out over the coming months. [Somewhat warmer weather means Felicity's spending a lot more time outside, with outdoor runs and other training adventures. Summer also means Felicity's birthday, which brings it's own joys and adventures. Though, it's kind of hard to throw yourself a party when a good chunk of the people you want to be celebrating with aren't there (or may think you're dead).
