Myri moved her hands to grip further apart and threw up a practice block just after Buffy. Again, this was a weapon she had witnessed, so now it was just using practical application of that knowledge. She nodded her acknowledgement to their next section of lessens and took her best defensive stance.

For as foreign as it was to learn how to defend herself (and even fight back), Myri felt good about this so far.
