[Whenever Finnick arrives, Myri has a few surprises for him. Rather than making reservations or setting something up out on the town, she's utilized the resources in the castle (and may have ordered food at a fancy restaurant and had someone help her retrieve it. Either way, she greets him at the door in a new dress and wearing a big smile.]

Surprise. [She says with a little laugh as she pulls the door open to her room which has been rearranged a bit to accommodate a dinner for two, complete candlelight to set the mood and maybe that chandelier comes on a dimmer switch idk.] I thought we might have a night in, just the two of us.

[damn gurl. well, it's not like finnick is complaining. he has dressed down considerably since the knighting (probably a little too down but he figured myri wouldn't care tbh.) between what he's seeing in the room and myri herself, he is all smiles and light and happiness. ]

and because he is a man with a brain, a dick, and years of not really wanted experience in this sort of thing, he has a feeling about where this may be going. buuut he'll just let that stay a feeling for now. ]
