[ When Kyla locates Anastacia in one of the computer rooms on the second floor, the graceful blonde woman is talking animatedly to this man, whose face takes up the entire screen. She doesn't seem to notice Kyla at first, as she's so wrapped up in telling her story. ]

And then a hawk swooped into the ballroom and a woman was yelling that it was going to peck everyone's eyes out, and your daughter was behind all of it! [ the man's shoulders shake with gentle laughter as he smiles and shakes his head.

"Somehow I think she's more your daughter than anything else." ]

[ If Kyla were the sort of person to ever feel awkward, this would probably be an intensely uncomfortable moment for her.

As it is she merely clears her throat a little to alert Anastacia to the fact that she's there, her smile wide and pleasant.

So this is "her" knight, huh? Well, can't complain about the view, though it's a bit hard to be the center of attention when you're standing next to perfection. Oh well, Kyla will find a way. ]
