[Spike stares in horror at the screen as Jade dies. All those times he made fun of Rafael for shooting his allies don't seem as funny as they did when it was just Spike and Des getting shot. He swallows, then turns back to the monster he was fighting to distract it from Des, who is currently in no shape to fight back, kicking it in the shin area, if lizard monsters have shins (atk 20, dmg 8). Spike liked Jade, but Des and Jade... were a hell of a lot closer.]
