It was meant to be amusing, and so his grin remains, even curls a little wider as Wynn repeats the word. He nods along, voice an easy lilt. "Yeah, that was sure a thing. Not how I was expecting to spend my vacation, I can tell you." He scrubs fingers across his jaw through the scruff of his beard. "I should tell you now I don't know if joining up's the thing for me, but helping out like that -- that I can do if you're needing it."
