[Kate takes in every detail of her new surroundings before she even knows she's doing it. It's an instinct from her old life that she can't seem to shake, even though it's been a year - not that she's really tried. Making her way into Wynn's office she sizes him up - or his back, at least. She's not going to say he isn't intimidating - because he is - but she also doesn't let people get under her skin that easily. No matter how scary he may be, she keeps her shoulders straight and attacks it head on. It's what she does.
Still doesn't stop her for jumping slightly when the doors close.
