[He chuckles darkly and runs his hands down his face.] You've got a team with completely different perceptions of what's right and what's wrong, all of them have their own baggage, some of them are gaining it faster than an airport lost and found, and no one remembers what we came here for, because every time we pull back the curtain, we get more dumped in our laps and someone else comes out of it with a new set of scars.

[He pauses.] And yet, they're all still here. I wouldn't lose faith just yet.
