He'll intervene further if it appears necessary later, but for now he seems to simply be enjoying watching Natasha work. :')
He's just casually hanging back and letting Natasha get into melee like a gentleman. All the guards still stand, but Guard A raises his gun to fire and in doing so, provokes an attack of opportunity from Natasha because she is within 5 ft. ]
