[Kenzi looks past Mars to Serafina on the ground, no flicker of recognition in her eyes.]

And who is... her exactly? [Voice low as she has the sense to realize that the chick Mars came in with seems to be particularly concerned with the fate of dead chick (SM 29).]

I know... [And she does know because what she hasn't said to Mars is that there's a very real chance that Serafina might not even be able to be rezzed (Know Arc Lore 33).

With Serafina laid out on the ground, Sawyer kneels down beside her and pushes the hair back from her face, struggling to keep emotion from flitting across her features as her gaze falls on the gruesome bullet wound that ended her life (WS 17).

Closing her eyes, Sawyer spreads her hands out over Serafina's body and murmurs something under her breath to cast Mage Hand (Concentration 26). Those watching will see the infinitesimal shifts in the body as the bullets that had peppered her in battle, now work their way to the surface, hovering in the air beneath Sawyer's hands before the clatter uselessly to the floor with the release of the spell.]

[As the three new arrivals come in, Ava, still standing near Alice goes directly to the injured Kate, her eyes wide and looking for her okay.]

May I? [Both hands extended. Should Kate give the go ahead, Ava will cast Cure Moderate Wounds for 21 HP to ease some -if not all - of her injuries.]

[Kate glances over to her with an incredibly grateful smile, before nodding.]

I figure she was safer in here with the rest of the plant and wildlife - [Rocket & Groot.] - than out there where it's raining ceiling. [Slivers of glass still clinging to her hair as if to drive that point home.]
