[ No sooner had Gold been returned to the castle after a trying ordeal with Lila and Faye, than Wynn received a phone call alerting him to a situation occurring in the heart of London.  Having called for an emergency mission briefing, Wynn gathers together a team to deal with this threat....  ]

[Looking up just in time to see Nathan be either suicidally brave or monumentally stupid, Gwen's mouth drops open words coming and then stalling on her lips.]

Shouldn't we... [But he's gone and she's not about to run after him cause she is not in fact immortal.] Oh I really hope that means what he thinks it does. [And not like, Anemic.]

[David hasn't gotten to the "How to Snap Lydia Out of a Banshee Trance" portion of their training because ... he's never actually experienced it before. He's on is feet and making his way closer when Amy leaves her behind. He's willing to bet that if hauling her away from a falling colossus is enough to snap her out of it, this won't work either, but it's all he's got at the moment.

Screaming could disable more people and that's not what they need right now. But as a last resort that's what he'll do.

He places his hands on her shoulders gently, drawing vacant eyes to him as he tries to get through to her somehow.]

[ It takes Steve a little bit longer than he wanted to get to his feet, but once the Colossus is down that makes getting to his feet easier. He half groans as the cuts and bruises across his body stretch and tear. Taking that much damage from the Colossus debris and the debris from the landing has definitely taken it's toll. Steve's probably a little more blood and dirt than man at this point, but he's on his feet and moving. He cradles his side. ]

Sound off! [ A head count from both groups will help once they decide where to go and what to do. He's already taken into account that Logan fell into the lobby and Nathan went after him. ] Where's Baal? [ He asks anyone who might know. ]

[ jeanne moves to help ashley to her feet, calling out to steve. ] Sirs d'Arc and Magnus are accounted for.

[ she turns her soft grey eyes to ashley, concerned. ] Let me take care of that. [ and she's just going to press her hand to ashley's wound, other hand gripping her cross and murmuring a prayer in french. a warmth flows from her hand to ashley's body and the small wound from the debris stitches itself back up. (lay on hands +4 hp)

[As Steve calls for a roll call, Gwen manages to get to her feet and dust herself off, doing a head count of her own as she mentally ticks off all of those who were in the Lobby.

Her relief at the correct number of heads is short-lived however as she refocuses on Cordelia in Dante's (arms still?!)]

How is she? [Expression grim.] We need to get her to the clerics.

[PROBABLY. he readjusts so he's holding her bride style so he can get a better look at her.] She's not bleeding out or anything, but it's still ... pretty bad. She needs a cleric, definitely. But ... [looks at the castle with the big colossus head stuck in it]

[Gwen's already checking to make sure she didn't lose her weapons in the mad dash to escape the falling debris (die say nope she's good), looking around them now to get a sense of what's happening beyond their group.]

Then we go around. [And she's already pulling one gun to cover him and Cordy.]

[Baal had been trying to find another way down that didn't involve jumping out a window or onto a burning colossus body. But he was passing a window and saw the group down below. He didn't hear Steve (listen 5) so he isn't touched that you thought about him, but he has a bit of a problem]

Aye! Any of you got a ladder that you could possibly spare?

[he flashes a flirty grin (flirt 22 (24 for female)) because under the dust from falling debris, he's just that charming. Oh, and he has rum.]

You've got two legs and a heartbeat? [Grim because. It's a trek.] Unless somebody has a medical kit handy... [Looking around those assembled.

She does however catch Baal's request (Lis 31) but is the least impressed by him flirting now of all times. (Will Save 29).] Or a ladder. [Tone dry.]

[he purses his lips and makes an exasperated face, but doesn't actually say anything. time to carry cordy the long way around and hope they can get in through the garage ... sighs ... ]

[ Deryn's just getting off the ground, dirt up one cheek which looks very dark on his pale skin, in time to hear Baal... and he smiles and waves to his buddy, cause he failed that roll. (Will save 3)

Offering his not injured arm to Abbie to help her up. ]

Argall! [ He called his last name to Cap, cause he did ask for a roll call.]

[Abbie gratefully accepts the hand up, casting a worried look towards Deryn's injured arm before her gaze travels towards where Gwen and Dante are taking care of Cordy. Good-- Cordy needs medical attention asap.]

Thanks. [She offers Deryn a tight smile before weighing in on roll call herself.] Mills!

[ how 'bout y'all hold up because you legit have a paladin in your midst and she can help, however minorly. jeanne hurries over when gwen and dante start bickering and gently places her hand against cordy's temple. (lay on hands +5 hp) ]

It may not be enough but it will buy you some time.

her voice is half dazed as she asks woozily, but not without her usual spark of determined attitude: ] ... Did we slay the dragons?

[ He can't let himself get too wrapped up in hurt Cordelia. She's not the only one injured, but she seems to be the only one unconscious. He does however give her a sort of longing look and head nod. David's got his hands full with a catatonic Lydia and Nathan seems to have disappeared. Back in the rubble. With a very heavy sigh Steve watches the direction Nathan disappeared to. He's gotta find something for Baal to get down though. Off Steve goes with some limping. ] Wrong time, man! [ He calls up to the flirting Baal as he goes off to find something useful (search nat 20). ]

[They both have garage on the brain because that's the direction that Gwen is headed in, figuring they can get Cordelia there faster and then bring some back to help the others.

As Cordy stirs in Dante's arms however, a small, relieved smile touches her lips.]

[ Steve will collect his ladder, but on the way to bringing it to Baal he stops by Cordelia. ] Was hoping you'd wake up. Thought I'd have no one to teach me to dance. [ He carries the ladder off to set it up for Baal. ] Come down! [ He shouts up to him. ]
