Cordelia and Steve have gotten together to plan a rather fun party to celebrate Sarandis being taken down. Abbie even managed to grab them a rather awesome band to entertain the guests and everything else was hand picked and decided on by Cordy and Steve. It's not as fancy as a squiring after party, but it's just as fun. The ballroom has been "dressed down" a little to match the relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy yourselves!

[ Steve was from Brooklyn so it was full of artists and people who didn't really fit into a lot of areas. Single mothers. Widows. Widowers. Women who were defined as loose. He didn't ever notice. Plus he's friends with Tony Stark so really he is not going to judge her ever. ]

I wasn't the female dream back in my time and then the war came. I was pretty busy and since then I've kind of just continued to keep busy. [ He never stopped to think much about it. ] You're not weirded out right?

He was like the posterchild for calling Shadowkind subhuman, but if anyone was less than, it was him. [ She shakes her head, a shudder barely suppressed. ] Major creep.

[ Buffy holds his gaze when she catches sight of him, and when it becomes apparent he won't be making his way to the dance floor, she gives up on the impossible dream of winning Dancing with the Stars and heads over to him. ]

[ a beat ] I mean, so are Spike and Faith and they're psychotic, but maybe the Veil toned down the crazy in both of them since they haven't been kicked out yet.

Spike and Faith are here because they save lives. And it's a good thing too, because I get the feeling Wynn can count the number of people here who can see the demons we have to fight on one hand.
