[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of these few months. Because not everyone is into parties, ok. Characters who are not currently squired in may also post, as their characters are living in the castle awaiting their ceremonies.  This takes place after the Knights have returned from Dimitris' wedding. 

You are encouraged to start your own threads and tag around, and feel free to threadjack into any on-going threads that aren't specified as 'closed' in the subject lines since people can enter into rooms even in the middle of what's going on. WE ARE BIG ON THREAD-JACKING HERE. [ When she takes his hand he doesn't quite expect that. She had been a little scared before so that move comes as a surprise, but he doesn't mind it. If anything it makes Smith smile at her. He smiles and gives her a little nod as they start to walk. ]

A bit. I do a bit of yoga out on the front lawn, but I haven't gotten the full tour I'm afraid.

[ It's where he encountered another giant man. ]

Do I get the full tour from you?

[She looks up at him, a curious sort of confusion in her expression.]

Yo...ga? [She has no idea what that is.] I'm happy to show you around. Amaranth knows all sort of little hideaways. And he loves to hunt for fish at the lake.

It's um--a sorta exercise. Helps people in different ways. Clears your head. Keeps me flexible for work. People use it to help themselves get centered and all that. It's kinda hard to explain.

[ Especially because he's not your typical yoga person. He's not entirely sure if he believes in half the stuff about it, but it helps him stay limber. ]

So, really Amaranth is showing us around?

Could you show me? Not now necessarily, but some other time? I'd be interested to see just how it works. [Amaranth squawks in response to his name, trotting ahead of them, tail swishing in the air. He looks so proud to be a little tour guide.]

He says you shouldn't be so surprised. He know every inch of these grounds.

Sure. Would love to show you. If you want--[ He smiles to himself as he walks. ]--it can be a date? But only if you want.

[ He recognizes her situation is tricky and it likely requires a fair bit of thought before she agrees to things. ]

[Myri slows her steps a bit, putting some distance between the two of them and her familiar. He's a dirty eavesdropper, okay.]

I'd like that. [A date?? She's nervous about something like that, but... it seems like a nice idea.]
