It's been well over a year since an unexplainable phenomena occurred - the usual mist that hails the momentary gap in the Veil between worlds hung around in Romania, and actually seemed to work two ways for a time.  A time long enough for the Knights to wander into the realm of Barovia, where they discovered a people terrified by the Vampire Strahd of Castle Ravenloft.  Confronting the vampire, they managed to be reunited with their lost leader, Sir Dovan, but they drove an increasingly irritated Strahd to send something else back along with them - an ubervampire of his own creation, one of his bizarre experiments, which he unleashed upon their home world.  There had been no clues as to where the creature had ended up until now.

Six disappearances in Casablanca across the last six months have turned up no bodies, but sightings of a creature that matches the description.  The Knights travel to the last location of one of these sightings - near one of the piers.

Not to mention they might attract attention we don't want from the actual local authorities.

[Cora just glances between Nathan and Paige like " .... what" because she was not on the last mission to have context for that, and just nods at the suggestion they get moving.]

Yeah. We should get going.

[Willow has been taking all of this in and letting other people do the talking. But in her experience, there's no way to be 100% prepared, so they can all just cross their fingers and hope.]

This way, right? [And she starts off in the direction that the man pointed them in.] Cora, I'm hoping you can track once we get there? Some... super sniffing or something?

[Paige follows at a steady clop, hurrying to take the lead so she feels more... mission leader-y.] And perhaps talk to them! ...Assuming they speak our language. Um... You don't perhaps speak wolf, do you, Cora?

... Sort of?

[She knows it's a Thing Werewolves Do, and it's not really talking so much as an understanding of sorts. She's been using it with the pack she brought back from Poland to practice, but in a sense she's their defacto alpha. She's not sure if it'll work the same way on unknown wolves. Or special fancy pants golden ones.

And the only other time she's done it is with Gus, so. There's that.

It's still worth a shot though, and she'll simply step in the directions of the woods to see if she can try and track them (survival 32).]
