Just as before, accessing the secret room where the Round Table is housed requires using the Knight's keycard to open the glass case beside the mural of the War in Heaven, located across from the ballroom entrance. Using the fire extinguisher as a lever to activate the "door" mechanism reveals the long torch-lit hall plastered in artwork depicting the Knight's history. The tenants of the Knighthood hang large and foreboding over the doors at the end of the hall, which stand open to reveal the brightly lit Round Table, and the majestic crystalline dragon statue presiding over it.

Come in, find a seat, meet your teammates if you haven't already somehow.

[ Deryn made his way in, a cup of coffee in one hand, and his black hair as wild as ever, almost like he had rolled out of bed and not bothered with it. He moved and sat down at the table, yawning a bit as he waited. ]

[Baal was close behind him, having already been up for awhile to get in an early morning training session and then a hot shower. He'll take up a seat next to Deryn and chuckle]

You look like you just rolled out of bed, my friend.

I have... I hadn't been asleep long before I needed to report in. [ He yawned a little, trying to hide it, which failed. Taking another drink he smiled again at Baal.]

[A satyr wanders in shortly afterwards. He at least tried to dress appropriately but... the shirt has clearly seen better days after the battle with his horns. He's just gonna grumpily and silently (...as much as he can) take a seat.]

[ Cassie may or may not have been waiting for other people to arrive because she didn't want to be the first one here considering she thought she might be the only newbie in the group. The blonde offers a smile when she slips in not too long after everyone else, offering a wave before sliding into an unoccupied seat. ]

[ with a low rumble, the large doors to wynn's chambers open, spilling golden, blinding light out that vanishes only as they click closed behind him. he steps forward to the table, sweeping ringed fingers against its surface lightly ] Thank you for coming.

Your mission will be taking you to Denmark, where there have been reports of a band of bugbears making raids on a small village. They had lived peaceably nearby for many years, and no one has been able to ascertain what has stirred the recent bad blood. My task for you is to locate and speak to the leader of the bugbears, and try to broker a peace once more.

Is there anything in particular about the people of this village that would cause the bugbears to raid them?

As far as they can tell, the raids don't have a particular aim, except to sow chaos. But perhaps there is more to it than that. It seems strange that this tribe should attack entirely unprompted.

[ Deryn perks hearing the location and grins a little.]

When do we leave?

[ deryn asks the question before thea can and she smiles around her straw, murmuring to herself: ] Exeunt stage left pursued by bear feels weirdly accurate right now.

You'll leave within a day or two. Sir Baal - I would like you to take the lead on this mission.
