[Having most of Stiles memories tied to Scott meant that Stiles doesn't really associate her with the group. She's okay with that. Scott left with all of his secrets and Allison felt like she was better for it. She filled her time with missions and made sure that her and Lydia were okay with her death. She never expected things to go the other way around and even though she knows that it's illogical, she still feels that thought creeping in. The thought that she's alive and this time Lydia isn't.
