Solace's announcement makes the situation unfortunately plain - those who have worked to stop Blade and company for the last five years have been side-lined, and will be until this ends, one way or another.  Jack has sent out a secret communication to all members of the team, asking them to gather in Thomas Bancroft's old room, which has stood empty since his death, and is usually locked.

When they make their way there before 8am, however, they will find the door unlatched.  Jack is already inside, with Gar seated near him, one hand on his arm.  Kat leans against the wall behind Fred, who is seated in a chair.  Her arms are folded, and she's grinding her teeth back and forth.

[Rose is hungry so there are no arguments here. Some people don't eat when they're stressed but it's okay because Rose eats enough for them.]

That depends on your definition of need.

[I seriously doubt this is the first time this has come up.]

Do teleportation spells work on cars?

[attollores]

[Her brows shoot up as she pauses in dishing up for Mark, looking from Rose to Dean and back again.]

What who now?

[familybusiness]

[Sam isn't even surprised. He knows exactly what this is about, barely looking up while he's helping himself to food.]

They want to bring the Impala with them.

[Back to chewing and swallowing before he gives a quick:]

This is delicious, by the way.

[attollores]

The what where now? [Her brain is taking a minute to actually compute what it is they're asking of her.

The Impala. Dean's car. Rose had mentioned it in passing, how it meant more to him than words could express. Her brain catches up and then there's nothing more to it than to figure out how to make it work. Her phone is out of her pocket and she is on google in a blink, looking up the specific dimensions of the Impala (Wis 17 to remember the year correctly). A few moments of chewing her bottom lip and muttering to herself and she finally looks up, nodding her head with a triumphant smile.]

I can make it work, but ye have to trust me. I can't teleport it, but I can take it with us.

[likedillinger]

What do you mean 'have to trust you'? [ HE DOESN'T LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT ]

[attollores]

It will fit in my vault. Just barely, but it will fit. [She chews her bottom lip, watching him for his reaction.]

[familybusiness]

Your...vault?

[What does that mean, though.]

Whatever it is, it's better than leaving it here. [He looks at Dean.] Right?

[littledhampir]

I mean if it's good enough for Anderson's body...

[Look, Rose is just amused by this idea but she's 100% for putting the Impala in the vault.]

[attollores]

Aye, I've got a large, magical vault that I can put anything not living into, including a car. It's just big enough.

[She hopes they're all finished eating cuz she's ready to move out.]

Of all the things I've put in there, his body was the most satisfying. The Impala would be an honor.

[She stands, cracking her knuckles and stretching, limbering up for the spells she's about to start slinging.]

And what happens to it if something happens to you?

[familybusiness]

We've just got to get it out of here, Dean. It doesn't need to stay in there for very long.

[They can park it at this mystery place they're going to and worry about the rest later.]

[attollores]

[It's a fair enough question, especially considering how precious the car was to him.

She gives a negligent shrug of her shoulders, explaining-] If I die, the vault safely ejects all of its contents in the same area that my body is located.

But like Sam said, it needn't stay in the vault long, just until we get wherever we're going.

And she's not going to die on the way to the airport.

[attollores]

[She gives Mark a grateful look, then a quick kiss on the cheek.] Thanks for the vote of confidence, love.

[littledhampir]

She's not going to die, period. [So. Exasperated.

Can we please stop talking about people dying?!]

I trust Alainn with my life, I think we can trust her with The Impala.

[likedillinger]

[ RARRRRGH how can he argue with that without looking like a terrible boyfriend ] Fine. But if Baby gets one scratch on her, so help me...

[familybusiness]

[Sam's finished shoveling food into his mouth. The habit of devouring things in no time flat has stuck around, apparently.

He smiles at Alainn.]

What he means is we appreciate it. I'm sure it'll be fine.

[attollores]

[She smiles back at Sam, understanding at least somewhat the reason behind Dean's protectiveness over his car. She know's that not everyone trusts or understands magic, and doesn't blame him for his hesitance.

She still didn't know how Sam fit into all of this, but her first instinct was to like him. There would be plenty enough time later to figure out who he was.]

Well, if we're all ready then? We should really get going, first of all to the garage to get the Impala, then on to meet the others.

[littledhampir]

[Rose offers the rest of the food a longing look as if she'd be just as content to have seconds before they have to embark on this trip of theirs but ya know. The sooner they do this, the better and all that.]

If anyone asks, just tell them it's a bet or something. [A story seems like a wise life choice because she somehow doubts they can do this without being noticed... (Wis 18)]

[attollores]

[With no further objections, she closes her eyes in concentration, saying over her shoulder-] Be ready, everyone.

[Suddenly a doorway appears before her, and they can see the cars of the garage through it. She stands aside to usher everyone past before stepping through herself, the doorway closing behind them.

She looks at Dean expectantly.] Where'd you park her?

[familybusiness]

[Sam makes sure he grabs all his things before he makes his way through the magical doorway, emerging into the parking garage and having a quick look around to see if he can find Dean's Baby.]

She's right over there. [ he says, after tentatively stepping through the portal, which seems to make him uneasy enough. he nods towards the impala, which is parked in a corner, where fewer people can potentially ding it with opening doors. ]

[attollores]

[She heads that way quickly, finding a spot to call down her vault. It lands with a loud thud in front of the Impala, opening it and pulling out various things that are inside, including a big mirror, books, clothes, and smaller spell components along with a trenchcoat that she dons quickly. She quickly casts another spell on the pockets, shoving everything but the mirror and the clothes inside, then nodding at Dean.]

Right, so we're going to have to idle the car inside.

[likedillinger]

[ dean only starts a little at the sound of the vault landing, really. he watches her yanking things out, trying to glance inside the vault to no avail. ]

I'm not sure my insurance policy covers this. [ but still, he'll go get in the damn car ]

[littledhampir]

[Meanwhile Rose is gonna keep sweeping the garage and keep an ear out for anyone coming cause ya know. As much as she knows Dean's worried about the car, she's more worried about them.
