It's... possible, but unlikely. Unless someone is either remarkably perceptive or trained for that kind of thing, it usually doesn't feel invasive, even if I can't get in.
There's always a chance they might feel something strange and intrusive, but they might not recognize it for what it is. Some people just dismiss it as a feeling of dread.
