ORIENTATION ♔ and climb high to the highest rung

Reasons Why - Nickel Creek
WHO || Mark, Tybalt, open if people want to bang into them, just threadjack wherever.
WHAT || Mark meets with his new squire
WHERE || Knight's HQ, staircase to the second floor
WHEN || Thurs morning, March 7th
HOW || Actionspam

[ Tybalt's assigned Knight has made no attempts since the ceremony to contact him, despite Wynn's assurances to the new squires that their mentors would be in touch. In fact, it's only coming down the marble staircase from the upper story training facilities, that they would even cross paths, as Mark's heading up that way and stops awkwardly, since they're the only two people in sight, and he certainly can't feign not seeing him. He pulls up to a hesitant halt, and breaks out a nervous smile and uncomfortable wave, hand moving swiftly to the back of his neck. ]

Oh, uh, hi. You're uh, you're Tybalt, aren't you?

[Tybalt had been on his way up to those very same training facilities, because keeping his skills sharp seemed a much better use of his time than waiting around. Wynn had mentioned Mark would meet with him, but the new squire hadn't been too bothered when the Knight never did. He had spent a month just getting a good idea of the lay of the place and watching people in between a bit too much sword practice.

Some might call it obsessive. He assumed they didn't have as much to prove as he did.

But it's interesting to see Mark's reaction, and really, it's about time he found the knight. How long does a squire have to wait around for his knight to even acknowledge he's around?

He nods his head, glancing off up the stairs before back to Mark. This isn't slightly awkward at all. Nope.]

That would be me. Good Morning, Sir.

[Okay he is definitely going to get in trouble eventually with this. That came out a bit more terse than he had intended. Is it his fault if none of the knights had garnered as much respect from him as Wynn had?]
