What? No. No, don't be honored by that. What is honorable about that? Seriously.

I mean, honored to meet me because I'm super adorable and can totally give Robin Hood a run for his money? That's cool. Because once every few hundred years my mom cheats on her husband? Less so.

That doesn't make sense to me. I mean-- [She rubs her face.] --The sentence makes sense to me, but the idea behind it doesn't.

What if I was a serial killer? Would it still have the same respect?

[ puzzled head tilt, get ] It's the same idea as showing respect for one's father, or father before them. Or giving respects to a prince or princess.

[Shrugging, she wrinkles her nose. She doesn't really get that either -- but then again, all her memories are from a place where the only respect you were given was the respect you earned, so having it just handed to her is kind of awkward to her.

Except...] Wait. So are you saying I'm like a princess?

Does it seem so strange to compare the two? Your mother is a divine ruler of her domain, and therefore...

Well, no, I guess not. I mean, I call my mom the Queen of Hell, I guess I just don't think of myself as the Princess of it.
