Isn't space supposed to be a place you go to, not a place you're from? I mean, I could be totally ignorant here, given my very low-tech planet.

I lived on a lot of different worlds. It was hard to really consider anywhere home, I think.

Yeah, I get that. Space travel or not, you move around a lot and home ends up being a hard place to pin down.

What used to be home for you?

A little house in Indiana, pretty far from here. That place hasn't been home for a pretty long time, though.

I take it you don't go back home for a lot of holidays, huh.

No, definitely not. Not since my Grams died, anyway.

Pie, but close. There's nothing better than peach pie and ice cream.
