[ The castle can be a happening place, even on more mundane days. This log is for random interactions over the course of this month.  Because not everyone is into parties, ok.

[she gives him an unimpressed deadpan look.] I seriously doubt it. You probably just stubbed your toe. Or sprained something at the very worst, I guess. If you have the bones of a baby bird. [eyeroll] Stop whining and sit down.

[He hops a few more times, looking at her as if he's uncertain if he should, but he can't exactly hop all the way back to his room, can he? Moving around the table, he slides into a chair and winces.]

[she shakes her head as a silent way of saying "w/e i'm over it." because she is.] If you didn't just stub your toe, wait until all your reactionary pain is out of the way and check to see if your toe is bruised, swelling, deformed, or any of that. That would mean you broke it. If your toe doesn't hurt anymore but your foot still does, try to wiggle your toes. If you can't, you probably fractured something in your foot. Annnd if it's not that, try to stretch your ankle in any direction. If it hurts, you sprained your ankle.

[This is his big attempt at being social. Mostly because he doesn't want to try to walk yet and sitting in silence is more awkward then this small talk. Maybe.]

Updating the books. [shrug. she is seemingly immune to the awkwardness.] I was bored.

...Does anyone know you're doing that? [Because he's pretty sure that no one really just 'updates' the books around here.]

Two whole people now. It's sad to think that my work will go unappreciated.

No, I mean... They don't like you writing in the books. Some people are very protective of them.

So? Sucks to suck. [she gives a lazy shrug.]

[He's just baffled at that. This is just... no that's not how it works! He's a bit more alarmed now.]

Oh, I haven't been squired yet. I'm just getting a feel for the place before I jump into anything.

You're not even-! [He only gets half of it before he remembers that he's in the library and shouldn't be shouting. He leans in closer and half-whispers.]

You're not even squired?? Were you dropped on your head as a kid? You can't just go around writing in other people's books!

[while he's so close, she leans in even closer to kiss him on the cheek and whisper into his ear:] I do whatever I want, mien Liebchen.

[ with a cha roll of 6 she seems less sexy and more like a psychopath. STRANGER DANGER, ANDREW .... ]

[Andrew does bad job at hiding how freaked out he is by that little display. He shoves his chair back and jumps up to standing. (will 9).]
