Most mission briefs include at least a day's prior notice before their scheduled time.  The message that goes out to Sydney, Felicity, Diana, and Sebastian, however, tells them to meet immediately.

Just as before, accessing the secret room where the Round Table is housed requires using the Knight's keycard to open the glass case beside the mural of the War in Heaven, located across from the ballroom entrance. Using the fire extinguisher as a lever to activate the "door" mechanism reveals the long torch-lit hall plastered in artwork depicting the Knight's history. The tenants of the Knighthood hang large and foreboding over the doors at the end of the hall, which stand open to reveal the brightly lit Round Table, and the majestic crystalline dragon statue presiding over it.

Andrew is already here with Wynn before anyone else arrives.  There's an open laptop at Wynn's customary position at the table, over which they both hover.

[ Sebastian was sitting quitely listening, arms folded over his chest. It was a Latin to him, technology wa snot his strong suit. He figured he would understand soon enough. ]

[Andrew glances at the others before realizing- oh shit, he's still kind of running this show. He clears his throat and turns the laptop so that at least a partial view is available to the rest of them. Walking around, he comes into the view of the laptop and gives a really awkward, quick wave.]

Hello- hi. The name's Andrew and I'm a friend of Alice's. She's sort of... vanished, or at least hasn't checked in with us in some time. I was hoping you might know where she is?

"Andrew. Never heard of you." [ SQUINT ]

Uh- [Oh. Right. Internet. Andrew opens his mouth, then shuts it and looks at the others. Is his face getting red? His face may be getting red.]

[Diana presses her lips together, sparing a disapproving glance for Sebastian (intimidate 17). Way to be unhelpful. It's obviously his spy code-name.]

[ there may be a little judgment here, andrew. there may be.

lady nell's eyes, however, light up with recognition. ]



"Ah yes, she's mentioned you several times. You do impressive work." [ eyebrow raise ] "So does she, usually. Ice's Irregulars went off the grid, however, and I was looking for a back up team to send in. If you've got that team, I'll throw in 10K if you say yes right now, another 10 if you rescue them." [ a casual flick of the wrist. ] "Say yes."

[ Wynn nods, stepping beside Andrew ] Send us the coordinates. [ with a flick of a finger on nell's end, a pop up appears with the info ]

"Don't waste time. Get back in touch with me when you have more intel." [ and just like that, the connection is severed. ]

[Once the feed ends, Andrew sags with relief that they were able to get the next piece to the puzzle. But there's still plenty of worry on his face. Alice's teams were supposed to be the best. How had all of them gone missing?

He focuses on what he can do, though. Grabbing a seat, he starts looking over what Lady Nell has sent over to find out where it is that they're going.]

[ essen, germany, is the answer ] Not much information on what to expect. But this team should prove diverse enough to assist you with whatever you encounter.

[Felicity takes all this in slowly, sorting away all the information as needed. This mission could come with anything attached - that's kind of exciting in it's own way.]

What does she normally work with? Is it mostly tech related projects?

[Germany. Right. Andrew glances up at Felicity and shakes his head.]

That's just Alice's specialty. The group does pretty much whatever they're paid to do. Like I said- it's sort of like us. Bunch of people who have all sort of skills.

I suppose we don't have time to go requisition any specialty equipment. But without knowing what to expect, it doesn't really matter.

I think it's best if you leave as soon as possible. Sir Bristow, you're licensed to fly one of our Knight's planes, so you'll be able to leave directly from the airfield.

[ Nodding he pushed up from his chair. And actually spared a look to Andrew.]

We'll find your friend, man. [ Not waiting for another word he turned on his heels to head off to get ready.]
