Being friends with someone as spontaneous as Faith can have its perks. She's invited the entire under-30 crowd at the castle to come celebrate her friend Andie's 21st birthday at an exclusive dance club called the Silver Band in downtown London.

The club is swirling with colors, as disco balls reflect silvery light that catches on the large quantities of glitter that cover just about every surface. The main dance floors are made of transparent glass, and the club is multi-storied, so that you can choose to dance higher up and see everyone below under your feet. Below the ground floor is a strange black canopy that seems to reflect odd flickering lights, almost like stars. There's a sort of classic opulence to the decor, and hallways branch off here and there to private rooms out of sight. Floating lights bob around the ceiling, that look almost like crystalline balls, except they're light as bubbles and can pop when touched.

Strangely, there are cobwebs in various areas of the club, mostly out of reach, as if it hasn't had occasion to be cleaned in awhile, but there's no traces of grime or dirt anywhere. Faith has a private room procured off one of the halls for the mini-buffet, because how can it be Andie's birthday without food??

[ fio-na-naaa is here, looking fly as hell (disguise 25) and OMG HOW DID NO ONE ELSE NOTICE THIS AWESOME STAGE OVER HERE BY THE DANCE FLOOR?? well, that's all about to change as fiona climbs her ass up on the platform, picking up the microphone and standing center stage, like this is just where she belongs

and suddenly! from seemingly nowhere, music sparks up all around her, the dj's mix cutting out sharply, and as she raises the mic to her mouth, glitter explodes from the ceiling, covering the crowd. they cheer and holler, and somehow the words that pour out of her are perfectly in sync with the tune in the background, because she's kelly fucking clarkson even if this isn't a kelly clarkson song shhh (perform: sing 28) and this sure is a magical place~ ]

[ OMG GLITTERSPLOSION. faith throws her hands up wherever she's at in the crowd and yells: ] WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! [ at the top of her lungs, pushing through to get her dance on as she wildly shakes glitter out of her hair (dance 25) ]

[jordan looks absolutely stunned at her sudden performance, but it isn't long before he sidles up to faith, his own hoots and hollers added to hers.]

Yeah Fiona!!! Wooooooo!!!! [annnd he sure just crit-failed a will save... looking over at Faith he yells at the top of his lungs:] THAT'S MY SISTER!!!!

[ faith will crack up at that, and doesn't need a bad will save to add: ] THAT'S MY BESTIE!!!!

fiona spots the two of them out in the crowd, and while she can't make out what they're yelling, she appreciates the enthusiasm. and she's just gonna keep doin' her thang (and rolling exceptionally well), as she busts out some moves while breaking into another song (perform: dance 23). ]

[(willsave 18) jordan suppresses the sudden urge to jump up on stage with Fiona and sing with her, instead grabbing faith and twirling her into a dance again.]

Isn't she the greatest?? [turning to the stage again] YOU'RE THE GREATEST, FIONA!

[ she's happy to spin around with him, throwing her head back and laughing (dance 22) ] Woooo!

[ it's some time after she's finished singing that she sees faith through the crowd again - this time on the other side of it near the hallways. she flags fiona down with a wide grin as if there is something OMG SO AWESOME SHE HAS TO SEE RIGHT NOW and vanishes. ]

[ cool! fiona jumps off the stage with a nat 20 jump check - so apparently it's fucking fabulous - and pushes her way through the crowd with almost just as much ease (escape artist 26) in the same direction she saw faith disappear.

as she makes her way down the hallway, she's grinning with SO MUCH ANTICIPATION, because if faith thinks it's cool, then it has to be cool ]

[ fiona finds herself walking into this room immediately after rose so she can hop on over to that thread~ faith is nowhere in sight, but who cares! so cool! ]
