Being friends with someone as spontaneous as Faith can have its perks. She's invited the entire under-30 crowd at the castle to come celebrate her friend Andie's 21st birthday at an exclusive dance club called the Silver Band in downtown London.

The club is swirling with colors, as disco balls reflect silvery light that catches on the large quantities of glitter that cover just about every surface. The main dance floors are made of transparent glass, and the club is multi-storied, so that you can choose to dance higher up and see everyone below under your feet. Below the ground floor is a strange black canopy that seems to reflect odd flickering lights, almost like stars. There's a sort of classic opulence to the decor, and hallways branch off here and there to private rooms out of sight. Floating lights bob around the ceiling, that look almost like crystalline balls, except they're light as bubbles and can pop when touched.

Strangely, there are cobwebs in various areas of the club, mostly out of reach, as if it hasn't had occasion to be cleaned in awhile, but there's no traces of grime or dirt anywhere. Faith has a private room procured off one of the halls for the mini-buffet, because how can it be Andie's birthday without food??

[Dimitri is very much forgotten right now, the Dhampir more intrigued by the people in the room and as for those people doing acrobatic feats? It's okay if she touches them right? The complete lack of Will Save tells her it's totally kosher for her to run a hand down their bare legs.

She's going to avoid the Lion though because Will Save or not, one thing she holds strong to is that animals don't like Dhampir's so she'll be keeping a safe distance... as she wanders closer to the people throwing knives. Lions bad! Sharp pointy things, okay...? Rose Hathaway ladies and gentleman.]

Is it about to start? [Turning to the woman on the couch. Clearly there must be a show, that's what spotlights are for, right?!]

[ damn right it's about to start because here comes fiona, and - after pausing briefly in the doorway to take in the scene - she starts to make her way toward that spotlight.

oh wait, not without a quick stop to pet the lion (handle animal 19).

she beckons for many of the straggles around the room (including you rose!) to join her here in the center of the room for some kind of group dance show or something. ]

[ "It looks like it," comes the reply when Fiona takes centerstage. the woman gets up to join several others who are happy to come answer fiona's summons.

also that lion is super friendly and it's gonna come too. ]

fiona isn't sure where the music is playing from, or where her sudden song inspiration came from, but she likes it, and she's certainly not resisting (perform: sing 30; perform: dance 16). she gathers all her new cronies to her, singing as they perform whatever circus tricks they have up their sleeves. ]

[Never mind that Rose can't really dance (perform dance 9) or sing (perform sing 5...) She's going to channel her inner Mick Jagger and Rebecca Black, getting almost all of the lyrics wrong but who cares. Not this Dhampir.]
