Unlike the grandiose nature of the squiring ceremony each Knight undergoes upon their initial entrance into the Knighthood, the graduation to Full Knight status takes place in a much more intimate affair, between the Knight, their mentor, invited friends, and the members of the sect to which they will be inducted. There's no pompous music, no stolid rank and file, no elaborate march.

The Knight's new section head, Wynn, and their mentor Knight wait up at the front of the room for their approach, but the attitude of the ceremony is much more relaxed, full of smiles and light conversation on all sides. Of course, when Wynn speaks, people still hush. It's just how he rolls.

I came here as fast as I could. But unfortunately, that didn't mean in time to join the war effort.

Just fighting a war to retake a stolen kingdom? Sure, that happens everyday.

I don't know. From where I sat, all I saw was a bunch of old guys playing Pictionary.

Keeping civilians safe is as important if not more important than defeating the bad guy. You did good.

Actually I'm pretty sure it'd be Dame Cordelia if it wasn't sir. That's what it is when the Queen knights women. You can always take it up with Wynn.

Yeah, I'm really not sure sounding like we're in an old timey black and white movie would be any better.
