Unlike the grandiose nature of the squiring ceremony each Knight undergoes upon their initial entrance into the Knighthood, the graduation to Full Knight status takes place in a much more intimate affair, between the Knight, their mentor, invited friends, and the members of the sect to which they will be inducted. There's no pompous music, no stolid rank and file, no elaborate march.

The Knight's new section head, Wynn, and their mentor Knight wait up at the front of the room for their approach, but the attitude of the ceremony is much more relaxed, full of smiles and light conversation on all sides. Of course, when Wynn speaks, people still hush. It's just how he rolls.

[ She doesn't actually want him to elaborate, but it beats gratifying that with a real response. ]

Yeah, kinda. [Well, since he can't sense that motive, he'll just be much less certain of his stance on it all. So he just shrugs and decides to drop it.]

Been to any of the other parties?

Why would I? The Dragon's Tongue always throws the best parties.

[ And given that they're simultaneous, she's not bailing on this for something worse. No matter who is graduating. ]

I don't know. I just assume you know everyone and might have a reason to make an appearance at another one.

I was thinking about swinging by the Hide. Not really invited but I don't think they would notice me crashing.
