Last April, a kindly book seller and purveyor of magical lore found himself the victim of an attack via mail when dangerous magical creatures were sent to his shop from the untraceable sender "PTC".  Since then, Wynn's been tracking the mail system, waiting for that name to pop up again, in case it might lead them to find out who was behind the first attack, and stop any other disasters from occurring.  Recently, something popped up on the radar, so the Knights have to find a way into the exclusive restaurant the Spider's Web in Manchester, or its attached nightclub The Lagoon Club.

[ lmfao everyone just sort of lets phineas do his thing. he does notice some deliveries marked from 'ptc' but there's a note that they've been stored downstairs behind the stairs, because they were 'too large' for the supply room. 8|

cordy grabs him by his sleeve, hisses in his ear with a forced smile at the cooks ] We have to get downstairs, pronto.

Not even gonna ask. [Bambi holds her hands up and follows after, looking at Cordy.] How're we gonna get down there without an invite? I'm a little tapped out on forgeries today.

I think it's a little late for anything other than the direct approach. [ in fact, cordy goes stalking right towards the elevator doors, puts on her fiercest face, and addresses the bugbear attendant. ] Hey, Chewbacca. There's a riot going on downstairs and our friends are down there. They sent us video of the whole thing. So either you move aside or we'll move you. [ she proceeds to poke the bugbear in the chest and fix him with some srs business eyes (intimidate 28), that actually... seem to make him figure she means her threats. "... Fine," he grumbles, pushing the doors open for them.

she turns back as she steps into the elevator, raising her eyebrows at the others. ] Well?
