[ Gold's been gone now for long enough to leave most people assuming that he isn't going to come back. Driven off by confirmation that he was, in fact, the Dark One from the Enchanted Forest by Gaston and Emma, the only indication that he's even alive came in a dream delivered to Belle, where he admitted that he was looking to understand more about this Dark One, perhaps seeking a way to refute the claims of the others. Plenty of people are worried, however, about what direction his search might take him. Others, however, are just plain pissed that he would abandon them without a word - and it's that anger that drove Faye to ally with GLADOS to discover that he was in Glastonbury, and with Lila's help enlist Zero to pinpoint his exact last known whereabouts, at a shitty motel. Together, the girls take a car and head out, hoping to find him once and for all.

There's only one car in the lot when they pull in, the VACANCY sign flashing forlornly above the office door. No lights are visible in any of the rooms, but a COKE machine provides some illumination, along with the lone pair of streetlamps that dully lighten the parking lot. ]

[ belle looks between the two of them with some concern. ] Is everything alright?

Off to do a spot of dragon hunting, lass.

[Cora's eyes widen because a dragon? She's heard of them showing up on missions but not ... just showing up like that.

She also ... doesn't want to go anywhere near it. Fire. All that good stuff.]

Downtown London. Causing a bit of chaos at the moment.

Then we won't keep you. [ she does sound like she feels a little bad, but she also... can't help but ask. ] We were just looking for Sir Gold. [ apparently she thinks wynn knows everything that is happening in his castle 24/7 so CLEARLY HE KNOWS ALREADY ]

We were heading to the Dragon's Light wing - do you know if he went there with Lila and Faye?

[Cora is completely comfortable with assuming that Wynn knows all.]

[wynn]

I know that he didn't. He should be in the castle somewhere. I'll wish to speak with him when I return.

[impetere]

[She nods, because that's a bust, but Wynn doesn't have time to deal with their problems with finding Gold.]

We'll let him know. Good luck with the dragon.

[She's going to assume that if they were looking for help with the dragon, they would have asked already.]

We'll take care of it, don't ye worry. [ wynn nods once solemnly, and then off they go further down the stairs. ]

[ belle watches them go, her hands worrying each other for a moment. ] Maybe he... went to check on Milah.

[Cora also follows their exit, before glancing back to Belle.]

Would she be in his room?

[ she nods ] It seems worth checking. [ BACK DOWN THE STAIRS THEY GO, off to the fire wing ]

[SO MANY STAIRS at least they're getting their cardio in or something. Cora will switch to following Belle's lead because she doesn't actually know where she's going this time.]
