We're banking a lot on the fact that he isn't. But we're prepared, just in case, for the worst.

I can't imagine that Dumage would be walking us into a trap willingly, and she truly seems concerned about her sister, but it's possible that they know that, and they're using it to draw us in.

We're sending quite a bit more people than we hopefully need for the operation. Better safe than sorry.

We have, but we've very rarely attempted to go up against any of them directly yet. I can't imagine that things won't get a great deal ... more difficult when we do.

I doubt any of us are going to shy away from the fight, for better or worse. You're right, though. Things are probably gonna get worse before they become any better.

Yes, but... he's convinced that he never left the world he came from. That all of this has been a ... a hallucination of some sort. That he's still trapped in the place he was before this and none of us are real.

It's gotta be one of those surreal "this is happening, but this can't be happening, someone pinch me" things. [ Pause. ] At least, the happy version of that. [ Cause they've definitely experienced the other. ]

It certainly is that.

I'd never met a man who I'd admired as much, in every way. His intelligence, his bravery, his sense of right and wrong and his commitment to leaving this world a better place than he found it... [ lmao still sounds twitterpated by her own fiancee ]

[ Dawn's smile just grows as Gar waxes on about Jack. It's cute. Even if it makes her slightly jealous. Just a touch. But her happiness outweighs that. ] He's definitely the whole package deal.

And I mean, he's totally lucky to have you. Smart, strong, passionate, and no arguing with that.
