[Now probably would have been the perfect moment for something really sappy to be said. Instead Rose lets it pass in silence, a smile pulling wider as she leans into Dean while they walk.]

Think anyone will notice if we just, don't come back for a few days?

Well Sam can come too if he really wants but I don't think he'd enjoy it very much. [Ever the smartass.]

I can still dream though, right? [About leaving for a few days. Not Sam joining them.]

[A smile lights up her features and it's probably the first time she's had that flash of excitement in her eyes for a good while now.]

[Disengaging, Rose takes a second to turn to face him, grabbing at his shirt to lay a quick kiss on his lips.]

By the way... [Murmuring against his lips.] Happy Valentines Day.

[And she'll give him no time at all to respond or register before peeling away for the Impala.]

[ he just smirks and digs out his keys to follow, opening up the car with a glint in his eye ] You too.

[Guess who doesn't even pretend that they're going to be listening to anything other than the best of hair metal? This girl, who immediately goes for the crusty box full of old cassette tapes and starts rummaging around for one she recognizes as not awful.]

If you ever tell anyone I said this, I'll deny it... but I've missed this. [Granted not so much the why of before but still. It's possible the Impala was kind of like her home for a few months there when the Castle didn't feel like it ever would be again.]

[She has a quip at the ready but as he cranks the music, Rose just rests back in her seat. A hand casually sliding across to rest on his leg. Content to enjoy the presence of his company without the immediate need for conversation.]

[ he glances at her, and after a moment, his hand slips down on top of hers, a tiny smile creeping up his cheek. his leg bounces beneath their hands a bit to the beat, as they speed towards london ]
