Sidelined from the mission that has been many of their lives for years, the group who had once stood against Keijen Blade has made a dangerous gambit - they've decided to leave the Knighthood, knowing they may never be allowed to return. With them, have gone Sam and Dean Winchester, and Faith Lehane. Their destination? A distant monastery overlooking the village of Krozna, in the Ural Mountains. This hidden location was home to many Shadowkind who did not wish to deal with the prejudice that their appearance might force upon them out in the world, particularly in Russia. Wynn had apparently established a location here for Knights that broke the rules of the Knighthood so extremely to reflect upon their crimes, or for those whose powers made it impossible for them to live out in civilized society.

This monastery of misfits is run by a man named Mikhail Kalachnik, a willing exile who volunteered for the position, a man vouched for as trustworthy by both Jack Chessing and Finnick Odair. It is here that the former Knights will set up a base of operations from which they intend to rescue Rafael Giovanni, research a way to stop Keijen Blade, and take him down once and for all, along with the evil Mind Master.

But first, they must get to know the exiled Knights with whom they will be sharing this hideout...

[While this was a moment, perhaps best suited for discretion... Rose crit failed her Will Save, the look of shock twisting her features before she can put the mask in place.

She stares at Alainn, long after the conversation continues, hurt and frustration, rather than anger tinging her expression before finally dragging her gaze away with a slight shake of her head.

It takes several moments before she can tune back into what is being said.]

Is it too much to hope that you have a training room in this place? [It's Rose. You all want to eat, sleep and unwind.... she wants to hit things.]

[ vi isn't sure waiting is the best idea. honestly she wanted to get everything out in the open on the plane when no one could escape so the idea of waiting longer makes her expression twist into something less than enthused but.

maybe she can take a second to talk to charming before she drowns felicity in booze at least. ]

I feel like I'm gonna experience school for the first time with the mad scramble to pair up for rooms, that's exciting.

[ in it's own... unexciting way. ]

[Faith, for the most part, is the kind to just hang back and listen. She's been pretty chill to just learn what this group has really been up to and to get a feel for these people. She is here for the ride and not about to make waves. If this is the plan, she's gonna follow it.

All the things that have been mentioned: drinks, sleep, food, training -- they all sound good to her, but she can pace herself.]

I don't snore -- for the record. [She raises her hand, as if just making sure whoever ends up with her as a temp-roommate is aware of all the benefits. She also actually packed something to sleep in.]

There are some small rooms for training indoors, but we mostly use the roof, if you can take the cold.

I'll hurl fireballs at the mountain later. Come on. [ she pushes her bag against fred's chest, implying he should lug both of theirs ] We're claiming a good room. [ and off they go~ ]

[ gar's fingers brush jack's shoulder and he turns to look at her as she reaches for his bag ] I assume you haves some more to say to Mikhail, so I'll stake something out. [ he nods and she heads out after kat and fred, the latter of which pauses in the doorway just long enough to give a friendly punch in the shoulder of acknowledgment to charming ]

[ isabella looks around at the options remaining her eyes lingering on buffy, before she pointedly says to vi: ] I will go with you.

[ quietly, to the side, mark asks alainn with his usual suave flair: ] Do you, uh... I mean, you're okay with...

[There's a bit of a gape for a moment as Isabella makes off with her intended roommate. She glances at the rest of he room and then turns back to Faith.]

New girls stick together? Or relative new girls, anyway?

[ at the abrupt realization that ROOMS ARE BEING CHOSEN AND NO ONE WARNED HER, buffy starts glancing around with a look of frantic abandonment.

nope, kat's gone.

and gar.

and vi.

and faith??? ]

You know, that demon blood smell, it goes away with many bathings.

[ to sam: ] Hey, I found just the room for you. [ what a tasteless joke, dean. ]

[He promptly elbows his brother in the side as fucking hard as he can.]

Dude, you're such a dick.

[That said, he looks at Buffy.]

I wouldn't say no to being saved from sleeping on this jackasses floor, though.

[He normally wouldn't mind (that much), but that sounds fucking cold.]

[As the person most likely to laugh at every too soon joke ever told, Rose will just try to disguise her amused grin by covering her mouth.

Also thanks, Sam. Cause Rose wouldn't mind getting to have sex again sometime before the world potentially ends.]

[while everyone is... uh, pairing off, finnick will turn his attention to myri.]

We can stay in my room. Unless ... you'd rather not ...

[ vi looks at buffy with a bemused expression wondering if she should point out the obvious like heyo my girls gonna be in the room 24/7 anyway because that's how they roll. she refrains. ]

Well, that makes me glad I decided to homeschool, y'weirdos.

[Myri blinks, suddenly remembering that of course Finnick has a room already. He had been living here for quite some time. She nods.]

I think that would be perfect. We may need one of those cots, though. I don't think the three of us will fit in one bed. [Plus she was hoping they could talk some in private, so getting their room settled would be a good time for that.]

Promise not to hog the sheets, and I'm all yours.

[ an uncomfortable beat. ]

Not in the way where— Like, roommates. I'm your roommate. [ she interjects an awkward, too-long laugh, waving away her own discomfort with a hand. there's definitely some shifty glancing towards isa as she clarifies. ] Obviously. Duh. Not that anyone was thinking ... something ... else.

[ she trails off into sheepishness, hunching into her shoulders like a turtle in its shell until finally— ]

I'm gonna go be somewhere else where no one can hear me say words.

[ and she's off after gar. ]

[Felicity had made the offer and Faith had a brief moment of wondering if she should stick with Buffy. She came here with Buffy -- maybe it would be smart to stick to the person that knew the most instead of trying to make new friends.

But -- Faith still hadn't really earned Buffy's trust and shoving herself into her space probably wasn't gonna make it happen faster. Plus, Buffy seemed to sort things out on her own.

To Felicity:] I'm down to bunk up.

I mostly just wanna drop my shit off and maybe find something to keep me busy. I'm a little revved up.

[Felicity nods in agreement because she could do with stretching her legs herself.]

Let's do it.

[And she will head off with Faith to find a room.]

[she quirks her brow as Mark stumbles over his words, a slow grin erasing the tiredness from her eyes for a moment.]

I've been trying to get you into bed for months now, so I guess if going rogue is what it takes, then sure, we can room together.

[she pats his cheek lightly as she chuckles.]

[ what a good will save not to blush ] It's uh-- I mean-- we...

Yeah. [ not to not ramble tho ]

[ oh buffy, oh mark. you darlings. vi leaves charming to grab lucia from her spot impatiently waiting at the table, turning to isabella before they cut out. ]

I trust you'll find the best room.

[ not that vi even cares, she'll sleep in front of the fire because it's warm, lbr. ]
