[This log is for any in-flight interactions on the Knight's private plane ride to the mission site. Feel free to make your own threads/threadjack, etc. The flight time is approx nine hours. Get to know your teammates, talk about the mission, ask questions, etc. etc.

Rafael will be meeting the Knight at the New Orlean airport, and Des is welcome to reconnoiter with the Knights back at the hotel!  Feel free to do threads for grabbing rooming buddies, etc. ] ]

[Spike saw that! (spot 22) So he slings himself down beside her, looking more amused than he probably should. Whatever, he rocks at this.]

[She jumps! Unfortunately, that causes the phone to hop right out of her lap

...and land face up.]

[He picks it up, looks at it more closely, and raises an eyebrow, turning towards her. He's more amused than judgemental, at least.]

[witchwoman]

[She can feel her cheeks burning by now.] Someone sent me a message. I was just trying to see what it was!

[bigbad]

[Spike scrolls up to see who sent it. Then he turns around in his seat to raise his eyebrows at Dumage.]

[Myri also looks in that direction and spots Dumage. Her cheeks flush further and she turns suddenly.]

I imagine she meant it as a joke, though I do not find it very funny.

[bigbad]

[He squeezes her shoulder and gently navigates away from the image. Privately he finds it a little funny. But he'd never say so aloud because Myri's flustered enough and he's a good dad.]

There. No harm done, right?

[witchwoman]

[She lowers her voice.]

I'm not certain why she must be so... rude.

[bigbad]

She just likes getting reactions out of people. Making you blush. [He hands her the phone back.]

[witchwoman]

[She takes the phone back with a huff.]

It's cruel. [And she's not exactly fond of you defending her either.]

[bigbad]

Want me to talk to her? [For all the good that'll do.]

[witchwoman]

No. [She shakes her head and tries to smile.] I appreciate the offer, but I doubt it would stop her.

[In fact, it might make things worse.]

[bigbad]

You sure? I am friends with her. I might get her to lay off.

[witchwoman]

I'll be fine. [Though the idea that Spike considers Dumage a friend does make her wince a little.]

[bigbad]

I know you will be. [He won't apologise for being friends with Dumage. If it came down to it, he's closer to Myri, but Dumage has fewer people who actually like her. He's not about to have her lose one over something objectively pretty harmless.] Getting better with that thing, though, aren't you?

[witchwoman]

I've been practicing. [She says, happy for a subject change.] I found another game. There are strange blocks that fit together.

[Awh yeah Tetris.]

[bigbad]

We're never gonna get you off that thing now, will we? [He grins, amused.]

There are so many different kinds of games! How do they come up with them all?

It's lots of different people, you know. So they all pitch in ideas.
