The murder the Knights are sent to investigate took place in an abandoned warehouse, near the largest highway in London. The aging and dilapidated structure is covered with graffiti and bits of rusting metal.

Squad cars and emergency vehicles have surrounded the building. Outside the main entrance, police officers are questioning a small crowd of people when the Knights arrive.

Fred parks the car, and looks across through the passenger window.

"Must be the place. Let's roll."

[T-Diddle points her gun at Yoshi bc she's all for shooting things while they're down and fires a bullet (atk 17, dmg 19 fuck yeah double penetration).]

[ astrid's shot goes wide, but tdiddle shoots yoshi right through the chest while he's down, dammmn. fred turns around to chop at dino. the dinosaur dodges his first attack, but the next one bites into him (20 dmg), more blood spraying against the side wall of the tunnel. dino's still holding on, though and wildly attacks fred with claws and teeth all over town, but he bats back every attack like a fucking pro aw yis ]

[Guess who's going to kick the dino while he's down?

Unfortunately apparently the water makes it hard to aim or something idefk. (atk 13, which i'm guessing will miss? if not dmg 7)]

[FAYE ATTEMPTS TO VALIANTLY SLAY A SECOND DINOSAUR but apparently forgot how to gun (attack 7 wtf)]

[ both shots miss, and yoshi finally regains his balance, attacking fred again wildly, but he fends the thing off DESPITE HAVING DINOSAURS ATTACKING HIM FROM BOTH SIDES JFC ]

[astrid tries to shoot dino again ... but it goes wide. (ranged atk 11) :( SORRY FRED-SEMPAI SHE TRIED. /plays i will remember you by sarah mclachlan]

[T-Diddle turns her gun on Yoshi now bc apparently she's the only one who knows how to use a gun (atk 17, dmg 7).]

[ both dinosaurs who are still standing are bloodied and staggered, and fred slams his greatsword into dino's skull (atk 26, dmg 14), yanking it out covered in blood and brain matter as the dinosaur slumps, very dead, between him and miles. he turns without stopping back towards yoshi (atk 22, dmg 14) and swings the sword... cutting his fool head off.

barney over there is barely breathing, unconscious and wheezing. /init as fred lowers his sword with several large, panting breaths. ]

[Since she's still right near him, Faye walks oover to put a hand on Fred's shoulder.]

You okay? [And then a glance to the others, too, I guess.] Everyone alright?

[now that the dinosaurs are (mostly) dead, astrid will rush over.] I have a medkit if anyone needs it!

I'm fine, promise. What about you? [ he gives faye a concerned once-over, because that dinosaur came at her pretty hard, and then nods to miles and then to the still breathing dinosaur ] You wanna...?

Actually, I meant- never mind, I got it. [ he winces a bit as he lofts his sword again, and then drops the blade through the last dinosaurs brain. ] I could do without running into Jurassic Park 2 down the line.

Someone can patch me up when we're out of this actual shit fest. [Because yeah, she could use a heal spell or two. But she doesn't want to hang out in this sewer any longer than she has to. She looks at Astrid and T-Diddle.] Please.

We should head back and figure out what we're going to do with Fulbert and his research, too.

I'd suggest feeding him to the dinosaurs as a nice karma thing, but... [She glances around at the dead dinos.] Kinda too late.

Not to mention I really don't think the guy deserves to die for what he did. It's not like he was siccing the things on people.

We can always grab his research and make sure it doesn't wind up in the wrong hands.
