What was supposed to be a night to unwind wound up with a confrontation between Failboat and Keijen Blade that didn't exactly go the way the team was hoping for. However, in the process, they at least managed to get Isabella back and extract Dumage from her long term undercover assignment.

The remainder of the night is spent back at the hotel, recuperating, in order to catch the flight back to London the next morning. This also means saying goodbye to those who will be going back to Chicago: Isabella, Burt, and Rafael.

Oh, bloody hell. [Spike shrugs off his jacket this time before sliding back into the water. He swims (swim 14) down and grabs Des, hauling him upwards with a str check that is... also 14.]

[all my characters are embarrassing themselves tonight. Des looks like he wishes he'd just drowned as he gasps for air once he hits the surface and coughs and sputters.

he is miserable and also apparently weighed down by his misery. sorry, spike.]

[ luthir saved all his strength checks for gracefully climbing out of the water i guess, but he'll put a hand down for vi to help her up. (str 18) ]
