[ The two groups responsible for evacuation of Shadowkind travel to the island via stealth boat, which puts their arrival a little behind everyone else's.  They run aground not far from both the woods, and the harbor.   Edain grins out at the sleepy island, dressed in full armor, hand on the hilt of his sword.  Anastacia frowns as she watches the woods, however, clearly more on edge about what they have to do. ]

From here, everything looks so peaceful...

Pirate guy tech support. We're troubleshoot-y so you can steal your booty.

[SHE HEAVES A LONG SUFFERING SIGH and makes a face at the assembled group like "DIS GUY."]

Pry the panel off. Cut only the green wire. And pray you're not colorblind.

[She studies her nails.] Green is good. Red dead. Blue goo. Just remember that.

[She shoots Alice a "thumbs up"]

I woulda gone with green means go, but they probably haven't figured out street lights yet. [ a beat. ] Well, maybe a couple of them have.

[ HASHTAG HELPLESS BOYS HOW DO THEY SURVIVE, no offense ric... ]

You got it? [There's a pause as she considers the phone.] Good.

[CLICK] We've just about got the hard part down.

[ sommme time later, beep beep goes all of the phones ever, and they listen together as wynn conveys the good news. ] ... I think we may have found the hard part, after all.

Oh, dear. [helen says as they finish listening.] I was worried something like this might happen.

[Maybe not this specifically but actual full out battle was something she was hoping to avoid. She goes for her gun, glancing at the others in her group. Not all of them are exactly battle ready. But she's also not in charge so she turns to Anastacia.]

They'll need us out there. [There's still something like a question in there, asking if her team leader agrees and looking for that directive.]

Hope you ladies brought your tasers. [ does she have a taser? or is it a stun gun? DOES SHE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE??? no. whatever. ] And, you know, token dude.

We should meet up with Edain and the others, at least. Waiting here on the boat won't help anyone. We'll just have to keep an eye out for the others.
