Between the various members of the wedding party, everything comes together just in time for the big event. Within a few weeks' time, the day has finally arrived. Whether they've met or spoken to the bride and groom, the entire isle of Andres is invited to this event. Cool colors are prominent throughout the ceremony set up on the Andres coast. From the bridesmaids dresses to the flower arrangements to the beautiful blue sky and sea, it's a very calming atmosphere.

Once the ceremony is finished, everyone is invited to the reception, held at the Andres palace. There's food, drink, and music. Tables are available, but with such an open guest list, there's no assigned seating- other than the main table up front where the wedding party and their guests will sit last supper style.

[Her smile falls a little, concern seeping through.]

Are you? Happy, that is?

[doubletake]

Sometimes. [She knows better than to lie to Myri about her feelings. She also knows she doesn't have to.] I'm fine. I'm better, but some days are still easier than others, you know?

[witchwoman]

[She nods, knowing that all too well from her first days back after escaping Andres. Elena may not have gone through the exact same thing as her, but there was trauma there. And an adjustment.]

I hope that today is at least a little easier for you. But I understand if it's not. Just... I'll always be here if you need anything.

[doubletake]

It is. Being near you always makes it easier.

[Myri is one of the very few people Elena will consistently let her guard down around because she knows she doesn't need it. She doesn't need a mask or an emotional wall or an escape plan.]

[witchwoman]

[Hearing that helps, but she still worries. Because she's Myri and she worries about everyone.]

That's all I can ever hope for.

[doubletake]

[That's probably not a bad idea, Myri. It's not like Elena hasn't been through a lot.

Then again, they all have.]

Things almost feel normal, you know?

[witchwoman]

[She nods in agreement.]

We could use a few more days like this

Or a million. I would also settle for that.

[She mostly kidding, though. They all know it can't last forever. It never does, and they wouldn't be doing their jobs if they did that anyway.]

[witchwoman]

I'd take a million as well. [Time to save up for that plot shop eternal happiness.] But one at a time. It may add up to that soon enough.

[doubletake]

We can only hope.

[She reaches out and gives Myri another hug.]

I'm gonna go grab something to eat, okay? I know you have like a billion other people to say hi to, too.

[witchwoman]

Certainly. Enjoy yourself. I'm sure I'll see you later on. [She steps closer to kiss Elena on the cheek before slipping back into the crowd.]
