Between the various members of the wedding party, everything comes together just in time for the big event. Within a few weeks' time, the day has finally arrived. Whether they've met or spoken to the bride and groom, the entire isle of Andres is invited to this event. Cool colors are prominent throughout the ceremony set up on the Andres coast. From the bridesmaids dresses to the flower arrangements to the beautiful blue sky and sea, it's a very calming atmosphere.

Once the ceremony is finished, everyone is invited to the reception, held at the Andres palace. There's food, drink, and music. Tables are available, but with such an open guest list, there's no assigned seating- other than the main table up front where the wedding party and their guests will sit last supper style.

[gossip and chit chat during wedding times? sure why not.]

[Back at the palace, Myri can't stop smiling. It's as if the past few months of worry and internal conflict have melted away for this one day. Still in her wedding dress, she moves through the room almost as if her feet aren't really touching the ground. Amaranth is near her as well, looking quite handsome with a bow tie around his neck, the same color as the bridesmaid dresses.

Myri is happy to talk, to toast, to dance... She's simply glad to be able to share this moment with so many people that she cares for.]

[ i'm pretty sure wynn was running this show. right??? if not, tell me otherwise, but if so here he is looking spiffy and thematically appropriate in a foam green jacket in his customary old fashioned style. ]

[finnick is just dressed in a dark gray pants, a white button down shirt and seafoam green tie because this is a beach wedding and even tho it's october, the beach is still warm as fuck, ok. he comes walking down the aisle with his best woman, franny, to take their place on one side of wynn. and then their entire wedding party proceeds in pairs. you don't understand how much time at rehearsal was spent with finnick playing musical chairs with the wedding party so everyone could be paired into twos. if you don't like who you got paired with, too fuckin' bad. your cries fell on deaf bridezilla ears. finnick's, ftr. not myri's. so the marching order is elena - archer, gar - kat, buffy - des, and vi - mark.]

[we're walking. we're walking. des looks so fucking awkward over here, because he probably never emotionally prepared for being in the wedding party, but he's here, lookin' snazzy, probably tense. sorry, buffy.]

[Somewhere during the party, Myri gets a tap on her shoulder. Now liberated from the awkwardness of being in a wedding party and not fucking that up somehow, Des seems to be more comfortable and at ease... and definitely eager to get the bride's attention.]

Think Finnick'll mind if I steal you for a dance, Little Bit? [he offers his arm.]

[Turning when he taps her, Myri's face lights up further at the sight of Des.]

Oh, he wouldn't mind at all. In fact, I think he would insist. [She slips her hand into his and gives a little squeeze.]

[Elena looks super fab walking down this aisle, but she sure crit failed her save not to have every emotion reading across her face.

She's happy for Myri, but totally unsure about this whole maid of honor thing because she doesn't want it to cause drama.

Hopefully she can get her shit together, or new hard ass doppelganger is going to be a weepy mess when the vows start. She also might try to punch out anyone who looks at anyone the wrong way.

It probably doesn't help that she's walking down this aisle with Archer, who she thinks probably still hates her.

She's having an emotional day, I guess.]

[ Rose waits for a moment to catch Myri during one of the rare times when she's not surrounded by people, hanging back until the conversation ends before moving into her line of sight.

A genuine smile touches her features, a warmth in her eyes as she closes the distance and without thought, a hand snakes out to capture Myri's as she takes in her dress up close. ]

You know I never really got the whole, people gushing at weddings things but you look... [ Her smile widens, voice softening as she gives her hand a gentle squeeze. ] Perfect.

[Elena's still in her bridesmaid's dress, and she knew how to make it look good (disguise 23), but she still looks mildly uncomfortable as she moves through the reception. A squire party is one thing, but being named maid of honor for Myri's wedding is something of a statement, and Elena knows it. Maybe she only meant it to be symbolic for her, but she doesn't want it to ruffle any feathers, and if anyone tries to ruin even the tiniest bit of Myri's day because of it, there will be hell to pay.

That said, Elena looks happy, and if you're going to catch her at a time where she's on her very best behavior, this is it.]

[As Rose takes her hand, Myri turns towards the woman gladly. The compliment causes her to blush, smile bright and wide.]

Oh, I don't know about that... But thank you. I'm so glad you're here. And I see you didn't come alone..

[ While Rose, (Disguise 24), wouldn't have dreamt of missing Myri's wedding for anything, formal events will probably never be her forte so while there's plenty of people mingling, dancing and generally getting caught up in the festivities around her, she for the most part will be sticking close to Dean at the table they managed to snag a spot at.

The lack of assigned seating at least means that chair stealing is probably the theme of the evening so grabbing five minutes for conversation is easy enough and Rose can just as easily be caught on her own as she sets about tracking down the happy couple to congratulate them. Plus, as the food and drink keeps flowing, the more relaxed she's likely to be and Rose could maybe even be convinced to dance. Don't worry, it's at least possible that Dean didn't come armed to a wedding, right? Or... nvm.]

[Des leads her towards the floor and pulls her into a simple, yet surprisingly decent dance (dance 26).]

So how does it feel to be a married woman?

Wouldn't have missed it for anything. Happiness looks good on you. [Rose nothing but sincere. She might have had reasons for being a little uncomfortable here but Myri's day trumped any of her own crap.]

Ahhh - [Turning to catch sight of Dean through the crowd.] Yeah... [Bless. She failed that Will Save to practically beam back at Myri.] I mean I think he only came to see me in a dress again but - [Joking. Probably. Maybe.] - I'll never pass up a chance to get him out of flannel so it makes us even.

[After a certain period of time, Des comes over with two champagne flutes and offers one to her, because he's a bro like that.]

How're you doing? [because he knows, elena. HE KNOWS. mostly because he's been keeping an eye on the situation as best he can. #ElenaProtectionSquad.]

You are a lifesaver.

[As she plucks that champagne out of his hand. She loves you long time.]

Ugh, am I that transparent? I'm losing my touch.

[With a dance check of 21, they are doing a great job over here. She takes a moment to think over his question.]

It feels entirely different and exactly the same all at once. If that's even possible.

[ Ahhh... Did somebody say free booze and food at a wedding that she doesn't even need to crash?! Oh you betcha Kenzi (Disguise 22) is here, even if she's never actually seen the bride and groom before today, let alone met them. It's a party! With speeches but that's cool cause she'll just drink her way through the boring parts.

It's a fair bet that this one can be found wherever there is easy access to alcohol but she's pretty damn skilled in the art of dancing (Dance 22) - while holding a drink without spilling a single drop (Dex Nat 20) so choose your own Kenz-venture really. Just, don't be one of those people who tries to stick to the corners and be antisocial because she'll be all up in your face in no time. It's her gift, the art of pestering the antisocial, broody types.]

[It's so good to see Rose happy after everything. She doesn't know Dean very well, but that hardly matters to her. She may have to find some time to say hello to him later, though.]

I for one am glad to have both of you here- regardless of what you're wearing. It's just good to see people smiling again.

[ Despite the awkward of not actually knowing Myri or Finnick, Frankie (Disguise 15) still gets into the spirit of celebration by joining the many Knights and people of Andres in attending the wedding.

She'll mostly spend the day floating from person to person, striking up conversation with people she either knows or doesn't and is as always the classiest of ladies as she opts for a pint of beer over champagne any time she makes a trip to the bar.]

[ Avaleen (Disguise 22) is one of those people who loves any reason to be in the middle of a celebration and not knowing the Bride and Groom will never be enough to put her off, especially with so many Knights and locals all in attendance as well.

Seeming perfectly at ease, if not a little bit excitable, Avaleen spends the day chatting with anyone who is willing, and once the dancing starts, she's right in the thick of things, content to either go it alone or drag whoever she can to join her. At least your toes are safe (Dance 18) but that could be because she'll have ditched her heels and is flitting about barefoot after the food is done with.]

No, I think I get what you mean. [he leads her through the steps, glancing around the ballroom.] I was surprised you chose to have it here. And proud. It's nice to see you taking Andres back.

[Whatever the groomsmen were wearing, Des has probably shed some of it, because October on the beach is hella warm, so it's likely he's just wandering around in a slightly unbuttoned dress shirt with his tie half undone like a schlep. HE WAS FANCY FOR AN HOUR, LEAVE HIM ALONE.

It is probably noticeable for anyone who was at Vi's wedding that he is alone, but he doesn't seem to mind it too much. Whatever stress he's been under, given Rafael being incommunicado and all that, for awhile seems to be lifted momentarily as he grazes the buffet table and drinks and even dances a bit. It's Myri's wedding, okay. All baggage can be left at the door.]

Only to me, but I'm a detective. [he smirks around his glass] The whole maid of honor thing is sort of a target on Myri's back for the nonbelievers. I figured you'd be pressed.
