Between the various members of the wedding party, everything comes together just in time for the big event. Within a few weeks' time, the day has finally arrived. Whether they've met or spoken to the bride and groom, the entire isle of Andres is invited to this event. Cool colors are prominent throughout the ceremony set up on the Andres coast. From the bridesmaids dresses to the flower arrangements to the beautiful blue sky and sea, it's a very calming atmosphere.

Once the ceremony is finished, everyone is invited to the reception, held at the Andres palace. There's food, drink, and music. Tables are available, but with such an open guest list, there's no assigned seating- other than the main table up front where the wedding party and their guests will sit last supper style.

Dude.... [She stares at him for a moment before a wide smile stretches across her lips.] That is awesome! [And the hand is going up.] High-Five.

[He raises up his hand and slaps it against hers.]

It was pretty bad ass. Even better that I swooped in to kill it after my mentor started tried to take a swing at it.

Oh man, showing up the mentor. That totally gets you bonus points. I can't really do that with mine, mostly cause she's like, Superman fast. Hard to beat Speedy Gonzales to the punch.

Andie? Ive only met her like once but she seems cool.

Yup. That's her. We're pretty much the worst combination ever cause she's like, used to getting from point A to point B in the blink of an A and I'm more of a, don't get up before noon, drag your heels type. [Her tone at least doesn't suggest she's slamming Andie. As far as mentors went, Kenzi liked hers, even if they were opposites. It was half the fun.]

I'm pretty sure everyone in this place seems slow to her, so I doubt she even notices.

Oh no. She notices. [Very first time she met Kenzi, Andie was complaining to her about how slow she is. To be fair? A Snail would complain about how slow Kenzi is.] But I like to think I bring balance to her life.

[Never mind that she's been a squire for two years... She probably brings a lot to Andie's life and balance is not one of them.]

[He snorts a laugh.]

Makes sense to me. But hey- you can't do super sweet dance moves that fast anyway. No one would be able to even see them.

Exactly! See, I knew I liked you for a reason. Brains and lethal with a baseball bat.

[He cracks a smile.]

Definitely keep saying that. And louder, maybe. I'd like that reputation to spread.

Dude. You should just tell that story to everyone you meet. Maybe even start carrying the baseball bat around with you. I mean I'd put you on a Men of the Knights Calendar if you posed with the bat.

[And you know that this is now a thing that needs to happen, right?!]

Sure! You could be Mr October. [A beat.] Not cause it's a shitty month but cause, ya know. World Series.

I like the way you think. Well hey- if that becomes a reality, you give me a call.

Deal. [Kenzi with a smile that says he should probably be expecting that call.] Anyway! My drink is broken which means I should get a replacement. Maybe two, just to be safe. [A beat.] Gotta love an open bar.

[He laughs and nods.]

Good luck with that.

[And off he goes to find someone else to bother.]
