[He turns away from the sink and crosses his arms over his chest, raising an eyebrow.] My mistake. Let's see how a professional eats a sandwich.

[ dean goes to find a seat, setting the plate down and rolling up his sleeves. he picks up the sandwich, settling his elbows on the table, and holds it halfway to his mouth before he looks up ] It's a little weird with an audience.
