I think it sounds more like ... [he vaguely recalls lydia listening to draconic rosetta stone and tries to regurgitate it. he prob says something like "i am a bathroom." yep. (wis 14)]

Yeah? I don't think I have much of an ear for it. I'm working on learning Undercommon right now, though.

I really need to work on my languages. I picked up Elvish a bit in school.

It's useful to know a couple. [a wry little smile] And I'd like to know what some of my friends are saying when they switch languages right in front of me.

Well, no one never needs an excuse to do that, I guess. I'm trying to do that myself.

In general. I'm from a family of clerics. Besides singing and healing, I don't really have many other skills. [she looks down at her feet.]

You could take up fishing. [/helpful.]

Fishing? [She blinks.] Oh no, I'd be so bad at it. I'd get upset about putting hooks in those poor fish.

[she's not even vegan/vegetarian. she just... believes THAT IF SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO SEE THE ANIMALS DIE, IT'S OKAY.]

You can put them back. And once you catch a fish and put it back, it's near impossible to catch again. They get smart.

Well, that's... great for teaching fish valuable lessons about not accepting worms from strangers.

Not so good for actually catching fish, though.

Does that whole "build a better mousetrap" adage apply to fish? My dad used to say that about the mice in our barn when they got smarter than the traps.

A little bit, actually. You have to change up the lure, so it's the same sort of idea.
