The morning after, the Knights board a plane at their private airfield, and begin the couple hour flight to the country of Slovechnia.  Wynn has laid out a plan for them as such, leaving Sir Gar in charge of seeing it executed:  they are to send in a few Knights to infiltrate the wedding, while others steal an ambulance from a local hospital.  Using magic to make Sarandis think he's having a heart attack during the ceremony, they will intercept the outgoing call to the paramedics, and pose as them to take him out of there and straight to a private airfield to meet with Wynn.  They're all aware, however, of just how smoothly their plans tend to go where these villains are involved - especially if the Mind Master shows up.  

Either way, it promises to be an interesting day...

[Des raises his eyebrows, but relents, going back to his shoestrings.] You must be thrilled to un-death that Sarandis is a smoking pile of ashes.

[Spike shrugs. It's complicated.] Not hating it. Kind of wish he'd suffered more.

Well, I wish Decker Greenwall took a bullet up the ass and bled out slowly from it over the course of several hours, but things don't always go as we imagine them.

[at least he doesn't sound bitter about it. he's actually remarkably satisfied with Decker's death.] Besides, he'll suffer plenty.

Can't complain too much about the speed of things, though. Least it means we know he's dead.

Despite his horror movie villain ending. That took balls, which I guess he had to prove he had the way everyone was insulting him.

Trying to stab a woman in the back when she thinks you're down isn't exactly my idea of balls. Good thing Rose was ready for him.

Ballsy in the sense that the bastard thought it would work. [even if it would have, but he had to have fucking saw Rose following Alainn.] But he's a coward through and through. Nothing was gonna make him less of one, so of course he went and pulled a stunt like that. Predictable.

Guess he really wanted to prove he deserved what was coming to him. In case any of us had our doubts.

I mean he also probably wanted to take something away from Mark, but did you see that pansy-ass stab? Jesus.

You can and he did. I met the man he purchased his war machines from and he was quite the piece of work. [Gross.] Left Sarandis pretty destitute, from what I heard.

[Not that it matters anymore but, you know. And off she goes~]
