[ This log covers any non-work related shenanigans the Knights have while staying in New Orleans. Because we haven't finished out the other two logs yet, assume some time has passed since then, in case anyone was injured, so that they've had sufficient time to get better.

As for work stuff, you can assume they've been busy with establishing Finnick's fake rock star cred, and investigating some of the intel they'll uncover in those other logs that we haven't quite gotten to yet. JUST DON'T TALK ABOUT WORK and all will be well.

Yeah. [He glances around the bar absently, toying with his drink.] I like this city. Wonder if I've ever been. You know, before.

And if you have, when? [ she scrutinizes him a little. ] Like, had jazz even been invented, or ... ? You know?

I hope so. What's the point of going to New Orleans without Jazz?

Doesn't make much sense anyway. I might have found out I'm a vampire through catching on fire, but it all feels natural. LIke this is what I've always been.

... You caught on fire? What, you couldn't just check your pulse? Severe lack of one seems like a tip-off. [ not ... that it was for her. but she wasn't the one experiencing it! ]

Why would I check my pulse? The whole moving around thing seemed like a good tip-off for being alive.

[He shrugs and glances down, swirling his scotch in his glass and watching the ice cubes clink together. It seems a better idea than looking at her.]
