Although automobiles are alright, though I never got around to actually learning to drive.

I still haven't had much cause to try my luck behind the 'wheel' either. I think I'd like to learn, though.

I don't think I really would want to try. I prefer to be in direct control of my movements.

[He glances around, rubbing the back of his neck and lowering his voice a little.]

I find I don't much like planes, either.

I'd not say alright, as such. But if you asked me if I'd like to curl up and pretend I'm not flying, I'd say no, and it'd kind of be a lie.

Quite. I like words. [A little bit, but he's kind of hoping that he might have an inkling of where she's going with it.]

[ it wouldn't be surprising, ok, she's a pro at taming beasts ] Maybe you won't like the story. [ it's gently teasing, as she reaches into her bag and draws out a book - a collective volume of mythology from brazil in the form of tales and poems ] Then you might not say so.

[He's pretty cuddly, too, as wild beasts go.] I'll stay quiet, even if you manage to find a story I won't enjoy.
