Yes. Anything emotion based, to the point where they could probably ruin your favorite comfort food. It doesn't last forever, but if its used as conditional or behavioral therapy, the effects can last a while, I would think.

It's called curse work, at least now it is. It used to be better thought of. Until people started realizing they should be scared. Jonestown didn't exactly make anyone feel better about it.

Anti-worker legislation didn't pass. You can't tell a non-worker from a worker, so unless you work someone right in front of a cop... [Another shrug.]

And if you are a known worker, you can ask for help from one of the families. It's still a witch hunt but it doesn't end like Salem anymore.

And it's not this world, so it's not an issue here.

Fascinating. I can think of quite a few people who would want to get their hands on you as an ally. I suppose we're fortunate Wynn found you first.

If people what to get their hands on me, its not as an ally, its as a tool.

Do you think that's how Wynn sees you?

I think he sees all the Knights as tools, used in their varying capacities to carry out his missions. Do I think he considers me a tool the same way they did in my world? Doubtful.

Having a choice.

[Lila had a choice to follow in her father's footsteps, of course. But it was either that or lose the affection and pride of the only person in her life who was supposed to love her regardless. That wasn't a choice.]
