[ The two groups responsible for evacuation of Shadowkind travel to the island via stealth boat, which puts their arrival a little behind everyone else's.  They run aground not far from both the woods, and the harbor.   Edain grins out at the sleepy island, dressed in full armor, hand on the hilt of his sword.  Anastacia frowns as she watches the woods, however, clearly more on edge about what they have to do. ]

From here, everything looks so peaceful...

I knew a guy who thought he could use rune magic once. Mostly, he was just mixing that New Age crap with legit magic and getting bullshit.

[Bambi paces the boat a bit.] Damn right I do. I'm updating your piracy repertoire. Think of all the loot you're gonna be able to get when I'm done with you. [She winks at the rest of her group and mimes an OK sign with her fingers.

She waits for a bit and then:] All right. There should be a series of wires. You need to cut the green one- just that one. If you touch the rest, it'll go off. So green wire. Repeat: green. wire.

[She hangs up the phone and hands it back to Alice.] We probably shouldn't have sent a bunch of Shadow World pirates off on their own, huh?
